We have been offering Internet-based telephony since 2004. We were incredibly early to do so, as this pioneering work made us one of the pioneers of Voice-over-IP telephony in Germany. Since then, we have continued to develop sipgate. Our centerpiece: the sipgate cloud telephone system with mobile integration, our own API and numerous CRM integrations for Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk and more. And we are still evolving. What was once a novel experiment has grown into a stable, reliable technology.

Safety first: All of our important systems are redundant, i.e. they are backed up multiple times. And if the Internet should ever fail, sipgate customers can continue making calls using their usual office number and all telephone system functions on their cell phone. They never miss a call and nothing differs from the landline during the call. - 24/7 fault clearance:
We invest a lot of time and money in measures that prevent emergencies from happening in the first place, e.g. excellent monitoring. In addition, our VoIP experts are available day and night. You don't need to worry about the security of your data or data protection with sipgate. There are simple reasons for this: Firstly, we only have one company location in Düsseldorf. Secondly, our infrastructure and servers are located exclusively in Germany. This means that everything is subject to German jurisdiction. - Service with short official channels:
